Linh Nguyen - General Manager
With 15 years of experience in sales and customer service through global DMCs, focuses on the essential markets of the US and EMEA, Linh develops and implements business strategies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. She manages budgeting, financial planning, and logistics, while building relationships with suppliers, airlines, and industry partners. She analyzes market trends to make data-driven decisions for business growth. Passionate about reading, discovering, and nature, Linh believes, "Embrace life, engage in contemplation, and take bold actions."
Ly Nguyen - Operation Manager
Oversees all aspects of travel operations, including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination, and customer support. She also manages tour assignments and controls day-to-day operations. With a service-oriented mindset and strong multi-tasking skills, Ly expertly guides the operations team, addresses customer feedback, and resolves vendor issues. Her ability to think clearly in emergencies ensures smooth tour operations. Outside of work, Ly enjoys hiking and reading.
Phuong Do - Tour Manager
15 years of experience guiding Indochina tours for clients from EMEA and the US. Certified in Tourism Guiding & Management, English, and Emergency Medical Treatment, he adeptly manages tour guides and leads enriching tours. His expertise spans various tour types, from cultural and historical to adventure. Passionate about photography, he travels to Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and Singapore to learn about different cultures. "By understanding other cultures, I can highlight the unique details of Vietnamese culture to our clients," Phuong says.
