Meet your guide and driver to transfer to Hoi An town, approx. 45 mins far away from Da Nang, a destination with two faces – the charming, old-world trading port of narrow streets and traditional houses, and the beach with its new resorts and a long stretch of clean white sand.
Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in and the rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
**NOTE: The standard check-in time is 14:00 (An early check-in is on request and subject to availability, the extra cost will be applied to guarantee this service).
Overnight in Hoi An.
At 8:30 am, we will start a walking tour through this charming small town, seeing remarkably well-preserved traditional houses that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Meander down the small alley to see the wooden-fronted houses that once belonged to the town’s prosperous merchants, the Japanese-covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tan Ky House, Chua Ong Pagoda, and the wonderful market as well as the many silks, handicrafts, antique shops, and galleries. After this insightful glimpse of Hoi An, say farewell to the guide and return to the hotel.
The remainder of the day is free at your own leisure.

You will be picked up from your hotel lobby and transferred to Vong Nhi village, where you'll receive your bikes as we begin a leisurely 6 km cycling journey through the village. Along the way, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the serene countryside, including lush green water coconut forests and various prawn and red snapper farms, as well as the rustic charm of expansive rice fields.
Upon arrival at Thanh Dong Organic Farm, a 10,000 sqm garden that supports ten local families, we'll take a short stroll through the vegetable patch. Here, you’ll hear inspiring stories about the farmers and their journey towards adopting organic methods of cultivating herbs.
Following the tour of the farm, we’ll join the farmers for some hands-on gardening activities, such as preparing and applying organic manure, raking the soil, sowing herb seeds, watering plants, and harvesting vegetables.
Next, we’ll depart the farm and embark on a basket boat ride along the Do River to The Field Restaurant, where you can soak in the stunning scenery and observe the daily fishing life of local villagers.
Before returning to your hotel, we’ll participate in a brief cooking class to learn how to prepare the traditional Vietnamese pancake, Banh Xeo, followed by a delightful lunch served family style.
Return to your hotel and the rest of the day is free at leisure.

Following breakfast, check out of your hotel between 09:00 AM, where you'll meet your guide and driver for your journey to Hue. You will travel along the beautiful Hai Van Pass, also known as the Pass of Ocean Clouds, and pass through the charming fishing village of Lang Co. This route is not only scenic but also historically significant, as it once marked the boundary between the Dai Viet and Champa kingdoms, as well as between northern and southern Vietnam.
Upon reaching Lang Co lagoon near Lang Co beach, you'll board a local boat to take in the stunning vistas and crystal-clear waters, nestled beneath the Annamite Cordillera Mountain range. This untouched area showcases natural beauty without any industrial development. The lagoon teems with marine life, including snappers, red mullet, grouper, crab, shrimp, and squid. You’ll have the opportunity to observe local fishing methods before continuing by boat to visit the oyster farm run by a local family. With your guide serving as translator, you’ll gain insight into the farmers' lives, who rely on the lagoon for their livelihoods.
Afterward, enjoy a home-cooked lunch featuring fresh seafood, prepared by the family in their traditional stilt house overlooking the water. This unique dining experience, set against breathtaking scenery, is sure to be unforgettable.
After lunch, you will continue your drive to Hue. Once there, check in and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Overnight in Hue.
Thuy Bieu is an ancient village renowned for its representation of transition and harmony. Here, you’ll find well-preserved communal houses alongside beautiful wooden architecture and Feng Shui gardens that embody a blend of royal heritage and traditional rural life. Nearby, explore original monuments that reflect the rise and fall of the Nguyen dynasties: the Tiger Arena, reminiscent of the Roman Colosseum, where duels between tigers and elephants once took place; a unique temple cemetery honoring the Kings' loyal elephants; and a long-established bronze casting village.
Your experience continues on the picturesque Perfume River, where you can enjoy cycling through lush orchards and tranquil lanes. Engage in hands-on activities with locals, such as cooking, crafting local goods, and indulging in a herbal footbath, providing a relaxing yet enriching experience.
Next, you'll cruise further along the Perfume River to visit the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda. Following this, explore the Forbidden Purple City, built during Emperor Gia Long's reign in the early 19th century. Located within the Citadel of Hue, this site suffered significant damage during the Tet Offensive of 1968. Established as the capital of unified Vietnam in 1802, Hue served as a political, cultural, and religious hub under the Nguyen dynasty until 1945. In recognition of its historical significance, Hue was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1993.
